CDV of Federal Soldier Possibly Illinois with Veteran Stripes

CDV of Federal Soldier Possibly Illinois with Veteran Stripes. This uniform appears to be an Illinois state uniform. I did have a similar match to an Illinois Soldier with some facial similarities but can not say definitively that it’s a match. I will attach the comparison priced as Unidentified.
